We are currently recruiting for a Technician II. This position tends machine(s) that applies solution to a substrate in a continuous coating process. Tends machine(s) that cut finished product to various sizes. Starts machine and observes operation to detect malfunctions of machine. Stops machine and reports malfunction to Supervisor or Team Leader. Makes routine machine adjustments or repairs, such as, clearing web breaks, setting guides, changing cutting blades, etc. Loads substrate onto unwind stand, threads material through coating machine, unload finished rolls. Monitors and sets machine operating conditions, such as, speed, tension, coating solution feed rate, dryer temperature, etc. Weighs and mixes raw materials to prepare coating solutions. Maintains packaging supplies, such as, boxes, cartons, labels, etc. Performs quality inspection to ensure that products meet quality specifications. Maintains records, such as, production volume, product type, quality check sheets, machine check sheets, etc. Effectively works with others within the team to achieve team goals. Effectively communicates with co-workers and supervisor. Performs all additional duties as assigned by supervisor. Follows Fujifilm's Employee Code of Conduct Policy and adheres to Fujifilm Safety Policies and Procedures. Generates hazardous waste, labels containers and meets other container storage requirements. Transports them to less than 90 day storage. Prepares hazardous waste for disposal, such as, filling waste tankers and coordinating these pickups.

Job Requirements
Education:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is preferred
Minimum Qualifications:
This position requires working a 12 hour shift rotation
Basic computer skills preferred
Must meet the physical demands of the position
Lifting up to 50 lbs.
Some positions may require Forklift Certification
Some positions require the ability to pass certification and requirements to wear a full face respirator
