• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings that evaluate clients’ substance use history, mental health status, and specific treatment needs.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that address not only addiction but also the co-occurring mental health issues that may affect recovery.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities to promote skill development and recovery strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow counselors, psychologists, social workers, and other team members to ensure a well-rounded approach to integrated care.
• Educate and engage clients' families to foster a supportive recovery environment at home, enhancing the therapeutic process.
• Consistently maintain accurate, detailed records in compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring confidentiality and quality assurance.

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing various levels of substance use disorders and related mental health challenges. • A valid license as a Mental Health Counselor (LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or PsyD) is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.
• Outstanding therapeutic skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and motivate clients through their recovery journey.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.

• Previous experience in addiction counseling or working with co-occurring disorders is strongly preferred.
