• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to gather insights into clients’ substance abuse history and overall mental health.
• Develop personalized and detailed treatment plans to address not only addiction issues but also the underlying psychological and emotional concerns contributing to substance use.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure an integrated approach to care, participating in regular case conferences and meetings.
• Educate and engage clients' families in the recovery process, providing necessary support and resources to enhance their understanding and involvement.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations, ensuring clear documentation of progress and treatment interventions.

You will primarily work with adults seeking recovery from substance abuse issues, including but not limited to alcohol dependence, opioid addiction, and stimulant use disorders. The therapeutic interventions will also focus on addressing co-occurring mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD, which often accompany substance use challenges. Your role will be crucial in identifying the unique needs of each client, ensuring that every individual receives tailored care aimed at fostering long-lasting recovery.

• A valid license as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in addiction counseling and a solid grasp of theoretical frameworks applicable to substance use treatment.
• Strong therapeutic skills, with a proven ability to motivate and engage clients in their recovery processes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team collaboration.

• Experience in outpatient substance use treatment settings.
• Familiarity with integrated treatment approaches for co-occurring disorders.
• Training in evidence-based practices specific to substance abuse treatment.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
