Our Subsea Pipelines & Process business line is at the forefront of pre-commissioning, integrity, and intervention work for major operators globally. From pigging, hydrotesting, umbilical management and dewatering operations. Complementing this, our Energy Solutions Process capability delivers engineered process solutions topside including chemical, flange and Valve management. We support operators to achieve first hydrocarbon and support asset uptime.
Job Description:
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery from contract award through close-out, maintaining a live Project Management Performance Plan.
  • Develop, baseline, and manage detailed project schedules; identify and mitigate schedule and cost risk proactively.
  • Maintain rigorous financial control including Estimates at Completion (EAC), Earned Value analysis, contingency and opportunity management as well as Free Cash Flow compliance.
  • Ensure full compliance with client HSE, quality, and technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Host planning, scheduling, and technical review sessions to ensure offshore mobilization readiness.
  • Liaise with offshore and site crews regarding operational activities, maintenance requirements, and logistics.
  • Manage client-specific KPIs and objectives; deliver accurate weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client representatives; manage expectations with honesty and confidence.
  • Proactively identify technical and commercial risks and present practical financial solutions to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate functional teams to achieve the expected business value.
  • Support topline growth through add on services in collaboration with Business development.
  • Travel to client sites and offshore locations as required.

Requirements
  • 5-10 years' commercial and/or technical project management experience in the oil and gas services sector.
  • Demonstrable experience managing pipelines and subsea pre-commissioning projects. Pigging, hydrotesting, umbilical's, dewatering and topside facility activities
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary project schedules across offshore and on shore environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen: EAC, Variance, Risk and Cash flow management.
  • Confident communicator at across crew, client & executive stakeholder levels.

Preferred
  • PMI PMPยฎ certification strongly preferred - candidates holding or actively pursuing PMPยฎ will be strongly considered; PMBOKยฎ Guide framework literacy is an expectation at this level.
  • Exposure to Energy Solutions Process scopes and Pipeline packages off and onshore.
  • Mechanical Engineering background / project management qualification.
  • Offshore and/or international project experience in the Americas region.
