• Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions tailored to clients' unique needs, focusing on therapeutic techniques to foster resilience and personal growth.
• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying concerns to formulate effective, personalized treatment plans.
• Provide essential psychoeducation and crisis intervention strategies to help clients and their families navigate challenging situations.
• Coordinate with various healthcare professionals and community resources, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client care.
• Document client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes diligently in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in therapy modalities to enhance the efficacy of treatment interventions.
• Engage in continuous supervision, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to sharpen clinical skills.

The clientele you will work with spans diverse backgrounds and experiences, including individuals facing depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship challenges, and more. Our clinic emphasizes cultural competence, ensuring that you possess the tools and training necessary to provide trauma-informed care to all clients, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment.

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• An active, independent LPC license issued by the state board.
• Proven ability to maintain detailed clinical records and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and active listening capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while adhering to ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills that reflect sound professional knowledge.
• Demonstrated commitment to serving diverse client populations with respect and understanding.

• A minimum of two years’ experience providing clinical counseling services, ideally in a community health setting.
• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Familiarity with electronic health records systems that enhance clinical workflow.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
