This role is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from virtually anywhere. Our outpatient office model enables therapists to connect with clients through secure video chat sessions while reducing the need for physical office space. You will have the autonomy to create a schedule that works for you, resulting in improved work-life balance and increased job satisfaction.

• Provide compassionate counseling and mental health support to clients using video chat, focusing on establishing a strong therapeutic relationship.
• Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on a collaborative approach to goal-setting.
• Facilitate open conversations to help clients express their emotions, offer insights, and address behavioral concerns.
• Utilize observations and assessment tools to identify mental health conditions and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Employ solution-based techniques to empower clients to develop coping strategies and enhance their emotional resilience.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with organizational standards and privacy regulations.

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity clients who are seeking assistance with emotional and mental health issues. All clients are pre-screened to ensure they are suitable for remote counseling, allowing you to focus solely on providing therapeutic care. This curated approach enhances the effectiveness of treatment by ensuring you are working with individuals who require support yet are able to thrive in a counseling environment.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
• Must hold an active, fully independent license as a mental health professional: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW. Note: Limited/provisional licenses and candidates with disciplinary actions will not be considered.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with telehealth practices are essential.

Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature, allowing them to connect with clients meaningfully. Experience within an outpatient counseling setting or specialized training in solution-focused therapy may enhance your effectiveness in the role. Prior experience using online therapy platforms or telehealth technology is a plus and will aid in a smoother onboarding process.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually. Counselors will also receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being.
