No. We welcome both experienced insurance producers and motivated candidates who are new to the industry. We provide structured product, process, sales, and systems training.


Do I need to be licensed before applying?


No. An active insurance license is preferred but not required. For candidates who need to become licensed, we provide an ExamFX exam-preparation course and reimburse the state exam and initial licensing fees on the first paycheck. You must obtain the appropriate license before performing activities that legally require one.


Will I be cold-calling?


You will primarily work warm leads and opportunities provided by the agency rather than building your pipeline entirely through cold outreach. Prompt and consistent phone and email follow-up is an important part of the role.


What training will I receive?


Youll receive structured onboarding and ongoing training covering our products, sales process, systems, and client experience. Coaching continues beyond onboarding to support both new and experienced team members.

What Youll Do

Work agency-provided leads to generate new business

Identify clients needs and recommend appropriate coverage

Prepare quotes for Home, Auto, Business, and Life insurance products

Follow up promptly with prospective clients by phone and email


Guide prospects through the sales process and close new business


Organize and prioritize your pipeline to achieve individual sales goals
