We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Media Cloud Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution design, architecture, and implementation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of media industry processes, Innovation, Salesforce architecture, and enterprise digital transformation. The architect will translate complex business requirements into scalable Media Cloud and Revenue Cloud solutions while ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices and cross-cloud integration strategies.
Job Overview:
This role leads the complete design and delivery of Salesforce Media Cloud and Revenue Cloud solutions, transforming complex media business needs into scalable, best-practice architectures. It involves partnering closely with broadcasters, publishers, and streaming organizations to shape ad sales, subscription, and content licensing workflows, while designing robust frameworks across CPQ, Billing, Media Cloud data models, OmniStudio, and guided selling experiences. The architect oversees the full engagement lifecycle-from discovery through build and release-ensuring seamless subscription management, advanced ad inventory and forecasting capabilities, and strong alignment between technical solutions and business outcomes. In addition, the role provides strategic guidance to stakeholders, mentors team members, and supports high-quality training and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation of Salesforce Media Cloud and Revenue Cloud solutions, translating complex business requirements into scalable, best-practice architectures.
  • Conduct industry-specific discovery and design workshops for broadcasters, publishers, and streaming platforms to guide ad sales, digital subscriptions, and content licensing workflows.
  • Perform rigorous Revenue Cloud fit-gap analyses and produce comprehensive solution design documentation for CPQ, Billing, and subscription lifecycle management.
  • Design and govern technical frameworks including Media Cloud data models, OmniStudio experiences, product catalogs, and guided selling flows.
  • Design scalable solutions for Ad Sales and Media Planning, automating Insertion Order generation and campaign execution while leveraging advanced inventory and forecasting tools to provide real-time availability across multi-channel ad buys .
  • Manage the full engagement lifecycle by leading Build/Test/Review cycles and providing expert consultative guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Oversee subscription lifecycle architecture, ensuring seamless handling of amendments, renewals, and reusable industry accelerators.
  • Mentor junior architects and consultants, contributing to team knowledge sharing while delivering high-quality end-user and administrator training.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to ensure technical solutions align with broader business goals and media industry standards.

Qualifications
  • Media & Entertainment industry expertise is strongly desired.
  • A deep understanding of Ad sales workflows across linear, digital, and programmatic channels.
  • Understanding of media industry workflows such as ad inventory planning, rate cards, proposal management, forecasting, trafficking handoff, campaign execution, contract approvals, and revenue operations..
  • Exposure to media industry platforms such as Operative AOS / Operative.One, Google Ad Manager, FatTail / AdBook+, FreeWheel, and comparable OMS, ad server, trafficking, billing, and measurement platforms.
  • Multi-industry verticals including Sports, Retail and other industry sub sectors.
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, AI-assisted workflows, and customer or advertiser 360 use cases
  • Bachelor's degree or commiserate experience

Required Experience
  • 7+ years of consulting experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • 7+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect leading end-to-end delivery.
  • 2+ years specializing in Salesforce Media Cloud.
  • 4+ years of hands-on CPQ/Billing configuration and architecture.
  • 1+ years with Revenue Cloud (Subscription Management, Billing, CPQ).
  • Proven track record designing solutions across Ad Sales, Media Plans, Campaign Management, Insertion Orders, and Contract Lifecycle Management.
  • Experience running discovery workshops and leading solution design from requirements through delivery.
  • Agile/Scrum methodology experience.

Certifications: Salesforce certifications required. Preferred certifications include Application Architect, Data Architect, Revenue Cloud Consultant, Industry Cloud Consultant, Media Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce CPQ Specialist. Revenue Cloud certification preferred but not limited to the above.
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $135,000 to $165,000. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
