Job description

About Suno
We're building the world's first creative entertainment platform, where the entire world can feel the joy and fulfillment of making music. Music is for everyone: Our users include everyone from grandmothers creating songs for their loved ones, to Grammy winners using Suno Studio, our power tool, to make the most popular hits in the world.
Building the future of entertainment requires ambition. The pace is fast, the problems are hard, and the work demands ownership and intensity. For the right people, it's incredibly rewarding: a chance to shape a new medium, work with a small team that cares deeply about quality, make music, drink too much coffee, and build something that millions of people use to express themselves in ways that were never before possible.
Suno is the fastest growing consumer entertainment company and the leader in AI music. We are backed by leading investors including Bond Capital, Menlo Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, IVP, Forerunner, Union Square Ventures, Alkeon, Quiet, Matrix Partners, Schroders Capital and, NVentures (venture arm of NVIDIA).
Founded in 2023 by Harvard alumni with a shared passion for music, Suno has quickly grown to 250 employees while empowering more than 100 million people to create original songs. In 2026, we raised a $400 million Series D at a $5.4 billion valuation to continue building innovative products that amplify creativity and imagination.
About the Role
We're hiring a Product Manager to drive consumer revenue at Suno, the surfaces where free users become subscribers and subscribers decide to stay. This includes our purchase and upgrade flows, paywalls, pricing page, offers, and winback flows.
This is a rare seat. Suno is one of the fastest-growing consumer subscription products, and the conversion and retention systems that got us here are still early. Your job is to run that consumer revenue engine faster and better than we can today, and to keep making it smarter: better hypotheses, better instrumentation, better infrastructure, and better experimentation velocity.
You'll report to the Head of Revenue Product and partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Growth, and User Acquisition. This is a high-ownership IC role on the company's most direct revenue lever, with room to grow as the revenue product function scales.

What You'll Do
  • Own the consumer conversion and retention experience end to end: purchase and upgrade flows, paywalls, pricing page, offers, and winback flows
  • Drive key consumer revenue KPIs: free-to-paid conversion, subscriber churn, ARPU and plan mix, and consumer subscription revenue
  • Develop a rigorous A/B testing strategy to validate hypotheses around conversion, paywalls, user education, and feature adoption
  • Own the conversion system that our acquisition channels plug into, partnering with performance marketing on landing pages to create a coherent click-to-purchase experience
  • Invest in experimentation velocity including the processes, infrastructure/tooling, and AI-assisted workflows that let the team test more, learn faster, and trust the results
  • Translate user research and behavioral data, qualitative and quantitative, into structured test plans with clear hypotheses and success criteria
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Growth Marketing to ship quickly without sacrificing quality or user trust
  • Communicate results, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to the team and to leadership

What You'll Need
Must-Have
  • You have a strong track record of delivering impactful product launches and improvements. You ideally have 5+ years of relevant work experience at a consumer subscription or freemium product: growth product management with potentially some adjacent experience in a data-centric role (data science, strategy and operations, etc) or growth marketing role
  • You are data-driven, leaning heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to inform product prioritization and decision making. You care about the balance between craft, speed, and business outcomes
  • You're a team player with a growth mindset, collaborating effectively with other teams and influencing without authority
  • You think in systems, not one-off tests. You can connect an individual paywall experiment to the pricing and packaging architecture it lives inside
  • You balance monetization with user trust. You know the difference between a conversion win and what's best for our users.
  • You have a strong bias towards action and ownership, with a focus on delivering results

Nice-to-Have
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation platforms, product analytics, and agentic workflows
  • Background in computer science, engineering, or a quantitative field
  • You genuinely care about music and about Suno's product. You'll be designing the moments where people decide what Suno is worth to them, and that requires loving what we make

Additional Notes
Applicants must be eligible to work in the US, and willing to work 5 days a week from our office in NYC.
Perks & Benefits for Full-Time Employees
  • Generous Company Equity Package
  • 401(k) with 3% Employer Match & Roth 401(k)
  • Unlimited PTO & Sick Time
  • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance (PPO w/ HSA & FSA options)
  • Continued / Creative Education Stipend
  • Generous Commuter Allowance
  • Free In-Office Lunch Delivery (5 Days per Week)

Compensation
The annual base salary range for this role is: $200,000 - $300,000 (before equity)
