Job Title: Operations Coordinator: Remarketing & Subrogation
Reports to: Assistant Vice President, Operations
Department/Team: Fleet Operations

As a member of the Fleet Operations team, you will be working closely with our Operations Coordinators as well as the Customer Experience team to coordinate the disposal & sale of fleet vehicles nationwide in a fast paced, customer service-oriented work environment.
Job Responsibilities : Remarketing
  • Manage the vehicle sale process nationwide coordinating with Drivers, Companies, Dealers, & Auctions
    • Establish vehicle sale pricing using company established guidelines
    • Obtain & analyze off lease vehicle condition reports
    • Review vehicle condition reports and bill vehicle damage within company established guidelines
    • Validate required documents, dates and information have been provided and accurate
    • Monitor exceptions & ensure timely response from business partners & third-party vendors
    • Escalate aged items & drive resolution
  • Sale Data Analytics
    • Maintain sale benchmarking data
    • Identify market trends & auction performance
    • Assist in developing, monitoring & maintaining key metrics

  • Insurance Subrogation
    • Identify and validate damage claims for subrogation
    • Negotiate with insurance companies to recover damages
    • Identify and develop cost savings methods and opportunities

  • Maintenance PO's
    • Assist with overflow support of maintenance PO calls
    • Maintenance PO calls assist customers with maintenance repairs needed on their vehicles by acting as a liaison between customers and repair shops, approving vehicle repairs across the country

  • Team
    • Work collaboratively with all cross-functional groups, including management, customer support, business development & accounting
    • Provide overflow support for other team members to ensure that client needs are met
    • Assist with process improvement initiatives, improving workflow & identifying efficiencies & cost savings
