Job description

The IDRestore.com Case Manager functions as an integral member of our identity restoration team which manages the credit cases of identity theft victims.

The IDRestore Case Manager will verify the accounts to be removed from the clients credit report. Ensures accurate and complete verification of documents to be submitted. Communicates with the submissions specialist to include any notes or special tasks to the submissions specialist. Works closely with Executive Management and Invoicing team and providing updates to customers credit reports or the process flow, operational integrity, quality care and process improvement along with high service standards. Represents self in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
