About the Role
The Project Manager oversees residential and light commercial painting projects from pre-kickoff through final completion and collections, ensuring each job is delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional customer satisfaction. This role is accountable for key performance indicators including revenue managed, profit margin percentage, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and generating positive online reviews. Project Managers work closely with the coordination team to thoroughly prepare each job, then lead the project through execution-managing crews, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication with customers. In addition to managing painting, occasional pressure washing, and occasional carpentry projects, the Project Manager is also responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure consistent quality and capacity.

What You'll Do
  • Overseeing 6 - 12+ crews, & producing a weekly, quarterly, and yearly goals (revenue, profit margin, & customer experience) to support a compensation package
  • Recruiting, onboarding, & retaining sufficient subcontractor capacity to hit weekly, quarterly, and yearly goals
  • Supervise project kickoffs, check-ins, and final inspections
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints per the "Customer Resolution Process" - prompt initial engagement with customers after receiving neutral or negative feedback
  • Communicate with customers and crews throughout the project
  • Document site visits using company checklists and forms
  • Provide updates to internal teams on project progress
  • Collecting all accounts receivable for your projects
  • Support scheduling adjustments and daily project needs
  • Help ensure quality standards and timelines are met
  • Assist with small operational tasks (material runs, touch-ups, etc.
  • Executing and leading assistant project managers in effective kick-offs, mid-project inspections, final inspections, & final walks for every project.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in the Painting or related industry is a huge Plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a huge plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Requirements
