Job description

Position Description
The warehouse puller performs a variety of warehouse duties, including but not limited to ability to assist with loading and receiving product inventory, providing great customer service for pick-up orders, and monitoring all products for visual quality control, pays attention to inventory counts and accuracy, assists with storage space utilization, stock rotation, and damage control.  This person will be a team player to ensure accurate productivity, make sure all warehouse processes are being followed, help with the cleanliness within all warehouse areas.  Additional duties, working with purchasing manager to ensure proper inventory levels.  
General Responsibilities
Team communication is key.  Attention to detail is a must.  Follow instructions, policies, and procedures is expected.
Be a problem solver and have the ability help with critical thinking.   Always be dependable and prompt.
Helping the warehouse department holds each other accountable.   
Requirements: 
Work in -20 degree sub-zero environment.
Must be able to lift 50# boxes, stand for long periods of time.
