About This Role
The Program Manager will support the management and promotion of the OEM Alliance program, with a focus on Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) initiatives and related program planning activities. This role will partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to support business initiatives, gather requirements, manage deliverables, and help ensure successful program execution.
Payrate $70-80/hour depending on experience
What You Will Work On
  • Support the management and promotion of the OEM Alliance program.
  • Serve as a planning resource for OEM Alliance Battery Electric Vehicle initiatives, including both the 2021 Multimedia and 2024 Multimedia programs.
  • Support the intake and scoping of new business initiatives and requests from alliance partners.
  • Coordinate the gathering of detailed requirements and use cases
  • Partner with Business Planning on cost collection and pricing activities for the OEM alliance.
  • Review cost data and work with product teams to address gaps.
  • Collaborate with Contracts and Legal teams to ensure contract terms align with business expectations.
  • Review and redline contracts and provide feedback as needed.
  • Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to align business needs and expectations, including roles and responsibilities and Concept Vehicle requirements.
  • Identify and propose options to solve business problems.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations reflecting ideas, concepts, and proposed solutions.
  • Lead and/or support other OEM alliance members to promote successful delivery of alliance management activities.
  • Provide program planning and execution support.
  • Manage the development progress of BEV initiatives.
  • Create and maintain plans to track team deliverables, measure progress, and ensure alignment with program milestones.
  • Develop roadmaps and deliver presentations.

What You Will Bring
  • Experience in program management, partnership management, or cross-functional project coordination.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting business planning, requirements gathering, and issue resolution.
  • Ability to review and interpret contracts in collaboration with Legal and Contracts teams.
  • Strong presentation development and executive communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and milestones.
  • Experience working in the automotive industry or with OEM partners is preferred

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • Experience with Battery Electric Vehicle programs.
  • Experience in OEM alliance or partnership management.
  • Background in cost analysis, pricing support, or business operations.
  • Familiarity with vehicle development cycles and Concept Vehicle planning.
  • Strong negotiation and consensus-building skills.
  • Experience supporting executive-level decision-making and presentation.
