Are you an experienced CNC machinist looking for a steady schedule, competitive pay, and long-term career growth? LINK Staffing is hiring CNC Lathe & Mill Operators for a respected manufacturing facility in the East Houston area. Enjoy a four-day workweek, weekly pay, and the opportunity to advance your machining career in a clean, stable production environment.

Job Highlights

  • Pay: Competitive – DOE (Higher pay based on CNC experience)
  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Overtime: Fridays and weekends as needed
  • Location: East Houston, TX
  • Full-Time Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
  • Weekly pay through LINK Staffing
  • Four-day workweek with three-day weekends when overtime is not required
  • Stable manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC lathes and CNC mills in a production environment
  • Load raw materials and monitor machining operations

  • Maintain production records and quality documentation

  • Swiss-style CNC lathe experience is a plus
  • Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
  • Manufacturing or machine shop experience required
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
