G amp;T Industries is an employee-owned company, and that ownership shapes how we work — everyone has a stake in doing things right, and it shows in our culture. We're looking for an experienced Maintenance and Facilities Manager to join our team in this corporate-level role, overseeing maintenance across 4 sites and 5 business units. This hands-on position covers grounds, electrical, plumbing, and equipment maintenance, and facilitates safety teams across all sites.
What You'll Do
  • Lead general and preventative maintenance programs across all sites
  • Guide and support site-level maintenance teams
  • Read and apply facility prints and layouts
  • Get involved with facility builds, additions, and modifications
  • Participate in equipment selection and sourcing decisions
  • Facilitate safety teams and ensure safety compliance across all sites
  • Travel to other sites quarterly

  • Demonstrated experience in general and preventative maintenance
  • Demonstrated team leadership ability with a founder/owner mentality and servant-leadership style
  • Associate's degree or equivalent technical school training preferred
