Are you a motivated leader who thrives on coaching teams, exceeding sales goals, and creating an incredible member experience? Orangetheory Fitness is looking for a passionate Studio Manager to lead one of our high-performing studios.

As the Studio Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the studio by driving membership growth, developing an engaged team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence. If you're energized by leading people, building relationships, and making an impact every day, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As our Studio Manager, you will:

  • Lead all daily sales and studio operations.
  • Recruit, hire, coach, develop, and retain an outstanding team.
  • Drive membership sales through prospecting, lead generation, referrals, and community outreach.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales and membership goals.
  • Deliver an exceptional experience for every member and guest.
  • Coach and hold your team accountable to performance expectations and KPIs.
  • Analyze business metrics and create action plans to improve studio performance.
  • Oversee scheduling, payroll, staffing, onboarding, and employee development.
  • Resolve member concerns professionally while building long-term relationships.
  • Ensure all company policies, operating procedures, and brand standards are consistently executed.
  • Foster a fun, energetic, and positive culture where both employees and members thrive.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience managing KPIs and driving business performance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Preferred:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Experience in the fitness, hospitality, retail, or service industry.
  • Multi-unit leadership or high-volume sales experience is a plus.
