Studio Manager, Perspire Sauna Studio Austin Southwest

Perspire Austin Southwest has been open and thriving since August 2023. The owners wish to concentrate on expanding to new studios and want to hand off day-to-day operations to a Studio Manager.
Our Studio Manager will set a positive tone for our team and ensure we meet our goals for customer service and sales. The Studio Manager guarantees guests have a relaxing and consistent experience during every visit. They are highly motivated to sell, maintain customer relationships, and foster a positive working environment for the team.
Time Commitment: This is a salaried position and the Studio Manager is expected to work as many as 50 hours per week with at least 40 hours spent at the studio. Weekend shifts are needed at least twice per month.
Studio Hours: Mon-Th (7am-9pm); Fri (7am-7pm); Sat-Sun (8am-7pm)

  • Assist with social media marketing and local B2B opportunities.
