Come be a part of what's next. The Studio Strategy team works closely with our Netflix Studio team to develop and execute strategy across the business. Netflix Studio is the world's largest studio, producing Netflix original series and films.

The team partners with groups across Production Innovation, Resource Management, VFX, Facilities Planning, Dubbing, Sustainability, and Risk Management to provide strategic guidance on core business decisions. It's a high-impact group working on initiatives spanning Studio Operations, Content, Product, and Data Science teams worldwide. This is an individual contributor Manager role, and will be an integral member of the Studio Strategy team, leading analysis and strategic support across the team's breadth of work.

This role is based in our Hollywood, CA office with a hybrid schedule, on-site Tues-Thurs. What you'll do Partner closely with Studio stakeholders to set the strategic foundation for new initiatives (e.g., Studio Tech Innovation). Develop strategic frameworks and robust business cases to guide decision-making on key Studio efforts

Prepare valuation analyses (model building, scenario testing, etc.) to support our Studio teams in key business decisions and investments. Conduct analysis of key business drivers, trends, and performance indicators. Create insightful presentations that synthesize analyses and present them to senior leadership

Compile thoughtful post-mortem analyses to determine areas for optimization and improvement. Develop a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive threats, and opportunities. Who you are Netflix is fast-growing and has a flat organizational structure, which means employees are often asked to perform tasks of varying difficulty.

The ideal candidate is prepared to roll up their sleeves on routine tasks, the same day they're preparing an analysis or presentation for Netflix executives. A successful candidate is motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively autonomously. Ideal experience 6+ years of experience, ideally with a foundation in analytical professional services (investment banking, private equity, management consulting, etc.) and internal strategy, ideally in media/entertainment/tech

Strong Excel modeling skills, with the ability to build and manage complex financial models. Highly analytical, with excellent ability to craft, present, and socialize complex ideas, recommendations, and insights to broad stakeholder groups. Strong ability to anticipate and meet the business demands of senior-level business managers, with a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and a focus on generating impact.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.

The range for this role is $230,000.00 - $370,000.00. Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs
