HOTWORX Grand Island is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Fitness Sales Associate to join our team.

This is not just a front desk position. You’ll be an important part of growing the studio—connecting with prospects, selling memberships and retail, engaging with members, creating social media content, and helping build an exciting studio culture.

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering virtual instructor-led workouts inside infrared saunas, plus a functional training area featuring strength and resistance equipment.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Studio Growth

  • Give confident, high-energy studio tours and turn prospects into members
  • Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails
  • Sell memberships, upgrades, retail products, and studio promotions
  • Ask for the sale and work toward individual and studio sales goals
  • Participate in community outreach, events, and lead generation

Member Experience

  • Create an exceptional experience for every person who walks through our doors
  • Build relationships with members and help keep them engaged
  • Learn our workouts, products, and membership options so you can confidently make recommendations
  • Bring positive energy and help create a motivating studio atmosphere

Social Media & Studio Operations

  • Help create fun, engaging social media content
  • Promote studio events, offers, and member success
  • Use our studio technology, sales systems, and communication platforms
  • Keep the studio clean, organized, stocked, and ready for members
  • Complete opening, closing, and daily studio responsibilities
Who We’re Looking For

Staffed Hours

Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM

Evening and Saturday availability is required.
