General Manager – HOTWORX

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering members unlimited access to virtually instructed workouts including Hot Yoga, Hot Cycle, Hot Pilates, Hot Buns, and more. Our innovative infrared saunas deliver a one-of-a-kind fitness experience designed around one simple idea: More Workout in Less Time.

We’re looking for an ambitious, energetic, and sales-driven General Manager to lead one of our studio locations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves developing people, driving results, connecting with the community, and creating an environment members and employees want to be part of.

As General Manager, you’ll take ownership of your studio’s performance — from membership growth and sales to team development, member experience, and daily operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive membership sales and studio revenue while consistently working toward and exceeding performance goals.
  • Lead from the front by giving tours, following up with leads, closing memberships, and creating sales opportunities.
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Create a positive, energetic, and results-driven studio culture.
  • Coach your team daily through role-playing, goal setting, feedback, and ongoing sales development.
  • Hold team members accountable to expectations while recognizing and celebrating success.
  • Deliver an exceptional experience for every member and guest.
  • Build relationships within the community through local businesses, partnerships, events, networking, and grassroots outreach.
  • Execute social media and local marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, reporting, inventory, and overall studio operations.
  • Utilize CRM, POS, billing, texting, email marketing, and other technology to drive sales and member retention.
  • Take ownership of studio performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead by example with professionalism, positivity, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven leadership and sales experience.
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results.
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Confident leading, coaching, and holding a team accountable.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Positive, professional, and solution-focused.
  • Comfortable with technology, social media, and learning new systems.
  • Passion for fitness, health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.
  • Availability to work approximately 40–45 hours per week.
Why HOTWORX?
  • Competitive salary plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Career growth and leadership opportunities within a rapidly expanding company.
  • Complimentary HOTWORX membership.
  • Ongoing sales, leadership, and professional development.
  • Fun, energetic, and goal-driven work environment.
  • The opportunity to make a direct impact on your studio, team, members, and community.

If you’re a motivated leader who loves sales, enjoys developing people, and wants to take ownership of a growing business, we’d love to meet you.
