Position Summary

Tishman Speyer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to provide white-glove, real-time technical support to our Chief Executive Officer and our most senior executives. This role demands exceptional professionalism, responsiveness, and technical expertise to ensure seamless operation of all technology used by our executive team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in executive technology support, deep knowledge of Apple iOS ecosystems, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality service under pressure. This position requires the ability to anticipate needs, maintain absolute confidentiality, and work closely with the administrative staff to manage technology issues proactively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated, high-touch IT support, ensuring rapid response and real-time resolution of all technology issues.

  • Support and maintain multiple iPads and iPhones, ensuring seamless synchronization and configuration across devices.

  • Manage and troubleshoot applications essential to the workflow, including Windows 11, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, O365, Zoom, OneNote, iOS Mail, PDF Expert, and Diligent.

  • Partner closely with the administrative team to identify, triage, and resolve issues with minimal direct disruption to our executives.

  • Perform device configuration, software updates, and proactive system maintenance to ensure reliability and peak performance.

  • Provide on-site and at times off-business hours remote support during business travel, meetings, and events as needed.

  • Maintain an exceptional level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.

  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues while ensuring executive satisfaction.

  • Maintain documentation of configurations, preferences, and troubleshooting steps for continuous service excellence.

  • Stay current with the latest Apple iOS, Windows and enterprise productivity tools to make informed recommendations.

About You

  • Minimum 5 years of IT support experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to executive or VIP-level support.

  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives, ideally within a fast-paced, global organization.

  • Expert-level proficiency with Apple iOS devices (iPhone, iPad) and Apple ecosystem management.

  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, OneNote) and other collaboration tools such as Zoom and Diligent.

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose issues quickly under pressure.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a white-glove customer service mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.

  • Flexibility to provide after-hours or weekend support as required.

  • Experience working in environments with high-demand executives.

  • Experience with Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM).

  • Background in supporting hybrid or mobile work setups with enterprise-grade security configurations.

*Onsite presence is required for this position.

The base compensation range for this role is $115,000- $135,000. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, as well as access to our comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan (with matching contributions), wellness benefits and all other benefits afforded to full-time Tishman Speyer employees.This base range reflects a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skill sets, and/or licensure required of an individual in this particular role. The base range is also specific to members of Tishman Speyer's New York team, as we've considered factors specific to this geography.
