CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Senior ERP Engineer to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

In this position you should have the following; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Most important, demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

The Senior ERP Engineer with CLA's Enterprise Resource Management team improves and supports business ERP use and is responsible for configuration and support of ERP applications that includes developing solutions/enhancements, design, configuration, and maintenance.

How you'll create opportunities in this Senior ERP Engineer role:

  • Create, maintain and improve Workday configuration and integrations to other applications using Workday Studio, Workday Cloud Platform and other tools

  • Configure and maintain business process definitions in Workday

  • Develop and support integrations (EIB) for inbound and outbound data exchange between Workday and other internal/external systems.

  • Configure and maintain domain security policies, and business process policies in Workday.

  • Provide technical direction on configuration and new functionality related to Workday.

  • Creates and review technical documentation for new and existing processes, policies, and user guides. Has good working knowledge of Workday Extend and Prism

  • Participate in project teams that are either directly associated with the ERP or that use the information.

  • Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

  • Bea level three application support for CLA's ERP Team.

  • Review application updates and compares to business needs for impact on existing configuration and to identify opportunities.

  • Provide implementation support, Workday optimization related to business processes, security and data integrity for the applications.

  • Ideal candidate will be strong with Workday Adaptive, Workday Studio Integrations, & Advance Matrix reports.

What you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience designing, implementing, or leading ERP, HRIS of financial reporting systems required
  • 2+ years of experience with Workday preferred
  • Experience in engineering and testing ERP integrations to external vendors or other parties.
  • Detail oriented team player who is comfortable with managing confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Experience planning, facilitating, documenting and managing business, functional and technical requirements.
  • Experienced in Workday configuration, integration, reporting, testing and migration
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
