Role Summary:

As New Studio Opening Coordinator, you will be the operational right hand to the Director of New Studio Openings keeping projects on track, managing day-to-day administrative workload and milestone tracking. The right candidate has a passion for the details and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone eager to learn the full lifecycle of new studio openings.

This role will travel to support set up of new studios as assigned by the Director of NSO to support setup of the space and support operations in opening with excellence. This role will report to Director of NSO and partner closely with cross functional partners and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration and Coordination

  • Prepare agendas, recaps, and meeting notes for key stakeholder meetings

  • Maintain organized project documentation and shared drive

  • Occasionally coordinate across cross functional partners on behalf of the Director of NSO

  • Support and at-times update and manage calendars

Project Tracking

  • Track opening milestones and completion rates and follow-up with team members

  • Update opening checklists across multiple simultaneous studio projects

  • Coordinate ordering and vendor schedules leading up to opening day

  • Serve as point of contact for studio-level workstreams as needed

On-Site Responsibilities

  • Understand brand standards and studio layout and ensure the studio is setup according to plans

  • Travel to new studio locations during opening week and serve as Development Team Point of Contact and Turnover Captain

  • Execute physical setup: receive and unpack shipments, stage and arrange fixtures, furniture, and retail per the brand look book alongside operations team

  • Walk the space against a detailed opening checklist and document any needs post-open

  • Ensure all brand standards and lookbook are met before opening day

  • Escalate and help resolve any outstanding construction, FF&E, or operational issues on the ground

  • Capture photos and written notes to document the opening process for future playbook refinement

Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, executive support

  • Exceptional organization and follow-through

  • Comfort managing multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, meeting brand standards and/or visual merchandising

  • Experience supporting a senior leader in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Travel: Ability to travel to oversee openings (50%)

Compensation:

  • Annual Salary - $67,000-85,000 dependent on experience and geolocation

  • Bonus Potential - 5%
