We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Maintenance and Enhancement Project Manager to oversee and manage landscape projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape design, maintenance practices, and project management, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.


Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee landscape maintenance and enhancement projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for landscape design and construction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee multiple landscape maintenance and enhancement projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of landscape professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-quality work environment.
  • Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Design Collaboration: Work closely with sales and design teams to develop and implement project plans that reflect client vision and environmental considerations.
  • Budget Management: Prepare project budgets, monitor expenses, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety standards, and company policies for all projects.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in business management/project management software and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
