Job description

Amazon MGM Studios is the home for talent, creating and producing Original films and television series for a global audience. Original series premiere exclusively on Prime Video, which is available in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. Amazon MGM Studios also produces and acquires Original movies for theatrical release and exclusively for Prime Video.
Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a Studio Data Ops Specialist to support the tools, data, and processes that power our global Studio Operations

As part of the Studio Strategy & Operations team, this role serves the operational needs of Studio teams across Production, Post, Development, Finance, and more - troubleshooting user issues, training teams on operational tools, and maintaining data integrity across the many workflows that keep the studio running. You will work at the intersection of business process, product enablement, and hands-on user support to help ensure our studio workflows are reliable, intuitive, and easy to adopt.
Key job responsibilities
Serve as a first point of contact for user issues from Studio teams (Production, Post, Development, Finance, and others), troubleshooting problems and driving them to resolution.
Build and deliver training, guides, and SOPs to accelerate adoption and confident use of operational tools.
Maintain data fidelity by developing a working understanding of the business logic used throughout Amazon MGM Studios.
Surface user pain points and best practices to inform improvements to new and existing tools.
Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate troubleshooting, documentation, and everyday operational work.
