Schedule: Full-Time (Must have open availability for peak volume hours: evenings & weekends)
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Retirement Plan, Paid Time Off, & Free Monthly Massage/Facial
Are you a competitive, high-energy leader with a track record of driving sales and managing people? At Elements Massage, we are looking for an Assistant Studio Manager to run daily front-of-house operations, lead our team, and keep our booking schedule humming.
In this role, you won't be sitting behind a desk doing passive administrative work. You'll be actively coaching staff, navigating client relationships, driving membership sales, and ensuring our studio runs seamlessly.
What You'll Do
  • Lead & Manage Diverse Personalities: Onboard, mentor, and coach a varied team of front desk associates and service providers, maintaining a high-performing, drama-free workplace culture.
  • Master Client Dynamics: Act as the leadership presence in the studio-handling elevated client situations with tact, professionalism, and exceptional service standards.
  • Drive Membership Sales: Lead by example at the front desk, coaching staff on membership sales conversations and aggressively hitting monthly studio goals.
  • Optimize Operations: Manage multi-platform studio software, maximize room utilization, and play "Tetris" with the schedule to eliminate gaps.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven People Management: 1+ years of direct experience supervising staff, holding a team accountable, and successfully managing different working styles and personalities (Spa, Hospitality, Retail, or Fitness experience preferred).
  • Competitive Drive: You hate losing and love hitting targets. You thrive in a goal-oriented environment and find personal motivation in smashing sales benchmarks.
  • Client & Conflict Tact: Strong interpersonal maturity with the ability to maintain professional boundaries while de-escalating tough client or staff situations.
  • Peak Availability: Capability to work peak studio hours-including evenings and weekends-when volume is highest.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Base + Bonuses: $23-$28/hr base pay plus monthly performance bonuses tied directly to business growth.
  • Great Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Retirement plan, and Paid Time Off.
  • Wellness Perk: 1 complimentary 60-minute massage or facial every month.
  • Direct Growth: Direct mentorship from ownership on business operations, recruiting pipelines, and executive leadership strategies.
