Job description

We are seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to join our growing team at our Fulton Market location in Chicago, IL.  

The Assistant Studio Manager is an outgoing, problem-solving, energetic individual who thrives in a fast paced environment and has a passion for fitness and the Studio Three brand.  This role is key in building a cohesive, efficient team by using time management and leadership skills with the primary goal of delivering an exceptional customer experience. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The responsibilities and duties of this position described here are representative of those an employee must perform. This is not a comprehensive list and other duties may be assigned. 

-Delivering an exceptional member experience within the club.

-Partnering with studio managers and other select team members to support lead generation & drive membership growth.

-Clearly communicating pertinent club information for each shift.

-Creating an inclusive and fun environment that strengthens the S3 Family and community.

-Educating club members and guests on all Studio Three services and amenities.

-Partnering with the Studio Manager for in-club events.

-Assisting in the delivery of seamless operations that are efficient and customer focused.

-Ensuring all areas of the club are clean and organized.

-Coaching and developing all front and back of house team members.  Working within the company guidelines to ensure all departments are on brand and align with Studio Threes in-club boutique strategy.

-Assisting in the onboarding of all front and back of house team members.

-Partnering with membership & studio directors to oversee the first timer & new member onboarding process. 

REQUIREMENTS:

-Strong customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.

-Must be able to stand for long durations of time.

-Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 30lbs.

-2+ years of customer service experience.

-1+ years of team management experience is a plus. 

-Availability to work weekends
