This role supports the lead instructor during workshops while also assisting with prep, studio operations, retail, and guest experience. The right person will help create a welcoming, upbeat, and organized environment where guests feel comfortable, inspired, and cared for.

This position will begin part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time role depending on business needs and the right candidate’s goals and performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist during charcuterie workshops (setup, guest support, instruction assistance)

  • Help prepare ingredients, boards, and supplies before workshops

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment

  • Assist with breakdown, cleaning, and food safety practices after workshops

  • Support retail and guest interactions in the studio

  • Team player who is willing to help wherever needed (no task is “beneath you”)

  • Fast learner who asks questions and takes initiative

  • Takes pride in quality, presentation, and guest experience

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Artistic or creative

  • Interest in food styling, hospitality, events, or charcuterie
