Assistant Studio Manager

StretchLab – South Bay Los Angeles
Full-Time | 30–35 Hours/Week
$24.00 – $28.00 per hour (Based on Experience) + Bonus Opportunities


StretchLab is one of the fastest-growing wellness brands in the U.S., specializing in one-on-one assisted stretching. We are seeking a motivated, sales-driven Assistant Studio Manager to help lead our studio team and support our members’ wellness journey.


Responsibilities
  • Drive membership sales through outreach, lead management, and in-studio conversions

  • Support sales staff with coaching, feedback, and accountability

  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members

  • Foster local community relationships and business-to-business collaborations

  • Help manage team morale, schedules, and day-to-day studio operations

  • Step into leadership responsibilities when Studio Manager is unavailable


Qualifications
  • Sales or fitness studio experience preferred
