Who We Are
Our F45 Training Midtown Phoenix family is looking to grow our team with a driven, optimistic and community-focused Sales Associate. This role is responsible for supporting our membership growth, inclusive of lead follow-up, trial conversion, member experience and some support of day-to-day studio operations.
This role is ideal for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced fitness environment, is motivated by goals and believes deeply in the power of health and fitness. The right candidate will be comfortable working independently, executing routine tasks consistently and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
This is a part-time role with required evening and weekend availability.
Role Overview:
The Sales Associate works closely with Studio Ownership and the coaching team to:
  • Drive membership growth through lead follow-up, trial conversion, referrals and grass roots marketing efforts
  • Create a welcoming, high-energy experience for prospective and current members
  • Support daily studio operations, cleanliness and front desk processes
  • Represent the F45 Training Midtown Phoenix brand with professionalism, positivity and pride
  • Execute recurring tasks independently while identifying opportunities to improve the member and prospect experience

Key Responsibilities:
Sales + Membership Growth
  • Consistently support monthly sales and membership growth goals
  • Manage lead follow-up through phone, text, email and in-person conversations
  • Conduct engaging consultations with trialers and prospective members
  • Help prospective members understand F45, our training style, membership options and the value of joining the studio
  • Support trial member conversion through timely follow-up, relationship-building and membership presentations
  • Assist with referral campaigns, reactivation outreach, local marketing initiatives and community partnerships
  • Maintain organized lead tracking, follow-up tasks and sales pipeline activity within studio systems
  • Take initiative to identify opportunities to increase trial bookings, improve show rates and support membership conversion

Member Experience + Community Building
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to every prospect, trialer, and member
  • Create a welcoming and energetic front-of-house experience before, during and after classes
  • Build strong relationships with members and help foster a positive studio community
  • Support new member onboarding and engagement to improve retention
  • Assist with member check-ins, account questions, payment questions and customer care follow-ups
  • Ensure every person who walks through our doors feels seen, supported, and valued

Qualifications:
  • Must have consistent evening and weekend availability, some flexibility may be required for studio events, community outreach, team meetings, or special promotions
  • 1+ year of sales experience preferred; fitness or boutique fitness experience is a plus
  • Comfortable with consultative sales, lead follow-up and goal-driven performance
  • Strong customer service skills with a confident, positive and approachable personality
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable learning and using studio software and communication tools, including MindBody, Loyalsnap, Google Suite and related platforms
  • Able to work independently, execute routine tasks with minimal oversight and take initiative where appropriate
  • Passionate about health, wellness, fitness, and helping others succeed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • CPR/AED certified or willing to obtain preferred

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
