JOB OVERVIEW

The Marketing and Communications Specialist will play a vital role inestablishingbrand recognition,organizingand executing events, managing relationships with partners, guests, film studio reps, and on-sitetalent.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Work jointly with location management and corporate entities todeterminemarketing and promotional goals and systems.

  • Collaborate with publicity and events teams to develop mutually beneficial public relations and advertising opportunities.

  • Oversee the planning and execution of major theatrical releases and associated promotions.

  • Oversee the planning and execution of private rentals, parties, andspecial events.

  • Work with corporate members to govern public, media, and press relationships.

  • Represent the B&B mission and core values.

  • Accurately report on efforts to relevant parties.

  • Assistwith any theatre-relateddutiesas necessary.

  • Cleaning.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have theavailabilityto open and/or close regularly.

  • Demonstrated talent, creativity, organizational skills, and interpersonal abilities.

  • Extensive experience in marketing and event management.
