We’re growing our Member Services Team at our upscale infrared sauna studio and are looking for upbeat, motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships and working in a welcoming, wellness-focused environment.

Below are our available shifts. Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below. 

  • Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 9:30 pm opening and closing shifts
  • Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am to 8:30 pm opening and closing shifts

Here's what you’ll be doing:

  • Confidently sell memberships in a supportive, commission-based environment 
  • Connect with leads using our CRM with enthusiasm and professionalism 
  • Educate guests on the benefits of infrared saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
  • Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
  • Create a calm, welcoming experience for members and guests 
  •  Provide studio tours and answer questions about services and facilities 
  • Answer all questions about services and the facility
  • Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
  • Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
