Sales Associate

Location: Body Fit Training (BFT) – 2727 Main Street, Suite 630, Frisco, TX

About the Role

Body Fit Training (BFT) is seeking an energetic, motivated, and sales-focused Sales Associate to help drive membership growth while creating an exceptional experience for prospective and current members.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping others take the next step in their fitness journey. The Sales Associate will play a key role in generating leads, converting prospects into members, supporting member retention, and representing the BFT brand within the community.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Membership Growth
  • Conduct membership consultations and convert prospects into members

  • Follow up with leads, trial members, referrals, and former members through phone, text, and email

  • Schedule and manage prospect appointments and studio visits

  • Execute sales processes and contribute toward monthly membership goals

  • Identify member needs and recommend the best membership options

  • Educate prospects on BFT training, programs, and the value of membership

  • Support promotional campaigns, challenges, events, and community initiatives

  • Assist with grassroots marketing and local partnership opportunities

Prospect & Member Experience
  • Deliver an exceptional experience to every prospect, guest, and member

  • Welcome new visitors and create a positive first impression of the studio

  • Support trial members throughout their experience and assist with membership conversion

  • Build strong relationships with members to encourage long-term retention

  • Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve the member experience

  • Assist with member engagement initiatives and studio events

Studio Support
  • Assist with daily front desk responsibilities and studio operations

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment

  • Manage member inquiries and provide timely support

  • Maintain accurate lead and member information in studio systems

  • Support opening and closing procedures as needed

Qualifications
  • Previous sales experience required

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects

  • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales results

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or service industries preferred

  • Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals

Schedule

Hours may vary based on studio needs and business demands.

Monday – Friday:
8:30 AM – 1:00 PM and/or 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Saturday:
7:45 AM – 11:00 AM

Flexibility with scheduling is preferred, including availability during peak prospect and member engagement hours.
