About the Role
As Studio Manager, you are the steady center of the studio - balancing leadership, operational excellence, and business growth with warmth and authenticity. You'll cultivate a high-performing team, inspire membership growth, and ensure every member who walks through our doors feels seen, supported, and valued.
This role is perfect for a confident and business-savvy leader who brings an ownership mindset and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Lead, coach, and develop a passionate studio team
• Drive membership sales, retention, and month-over-month revenue growth
• Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless studio performance
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation
• Manage P&L performance and implement strategies to exceed goals
• Create a welcoming, elevated member experience rooted in community
• Model professionalism, positivity, and accountability

***Ideal candidate will live within a reasonable driving distance to our Downtown Fort Lauderdale studio***
***In this role, part of the Studio Manager onboarding will be training at other Yoga Joint studios for 2-3 weeks***
What You Bring
• A proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
• Strong experience in membership sales and retention
• Operational expertise with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Experience managing P&L and driving revenue growth
• A background in fitness, wellness, or retail leadership (multi-unit experience a plus)
• Clear, confident communication skills - both verbal and written
• A natural ability to inspire trust and elevate customer service standards
• Positive energy, integrity, and a genuine passion for community
