Position Summary

As an F45 Coach, you will lead group training sessions, coach proper movement mechanics, motivate members of all fitness levels, and help create an energetic, welcoming environment that drives member success and retention.
Key Responsibilities

Coaching & Member Experience

  • Lead F45 group training sessions with energy and professionalism.
  • Demonstrate exercises and provide coaching, modifications, and progressions.
  • Ensure member safety through proper exercise instruction and technique correction.
  • Build strong relationships with members and create a positive training environment.
  • Deliver an exceptional member experience during every class.
Studio Operations

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio.
  • Assist with equipment setup, breakdown, and maintenance.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with coaches and staff to support studio operations.
Community & Growth

  • Participate in community and member engagement events.
  • Support studio growth through referrals and relationship building.
  • Assist with studio tours and prospective member introductions when needed.
Qualifications

Required

  • Nationally accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, AFAA, NFPT, or equivalent).
  • Current CPR/AED Certification.
  • Strong knowledge of exercise science and functional movement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coach and motivate groups while maintaining safety and engagement.
  • Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional events.
Preferred

  • 1+ year of personal training or group fitness coaching experience.
  • Experience with HIIT, functional training, strength training, or circuit-based programs.
  • Group fitness certification.
