RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Assist Management in operations of the Amazing Lash Studio
  • Ensure a high level of service and execution of organizational standards
  • Act as main sales Manager and sales trainer by identifying training needs and providing ongoing training, coaching, and role-playing opportunities to the team as needed
  • Sales management duties include management and motivation to set, achieve, and exceed personal, team and individual membership sales, and retails sales goals
  • Assists studio Owner and Director in all daily operations
  • Conduct new hire training for both Front Desk and Service providers
  • Conduct monthly employee evaluations
  • Participate in continual education and training of staff
  • Assists in setting, achieving Studio revenue and productivity goals
  • Creates and implements Studios social media presence and marketing strategies on daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Responds and addresses all client reviews
  • Consistently creates a friendly, high-energy environment for guests and staff through motivation, greeting, assisting and quickly responding to customer and staff questions and needs
  • Demonstrates desired behavior of staff including focus on membership sales, customer service, cash management, retail sales, member retentions, staff interaction and follow up with guests
  • Provides strong leadership/management presence
  • Maintains quality service by informing organization standards and policies
  • Coaches and trains sales associates/customer service and esthetician and cosmetologist staff on the sales and operations process
  • Oversees and manages all membership retention
  • Manages sales associate schedules
  • Ensures that all Studio policies and procedures are being properly followed and executed
  • Inventory Management
  • Maintains and impeccable and clean studio

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager, or general manager.
  • Must have a Cosmo or Esti license
  • Salon experience a plus
  • Has excellent leadership, and sales manager skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly and staff is motivated.
  • Implement structure, policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Highly organized and able to multi task in a fast-paced emotional environment.
  • Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations, goals and delegate
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
  • Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver and be three steps ahead in all situations.
  • Strong project and goal management skills
  • Have experience in social media platform to include Instagram, Facebook, Yelp, Google Business, Tik Tok, Hoote Suites
  • Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have flexibility to be on call 7 days a week all operational hours
