General Information:

Business Applications is a unit in the department of Philanthropic Operations. We are seeking a Student Assistant who is organized, detail-oriented, and team-oriented to assist in the daily data projects of Business Applications, as well as specific duties listed below under duties and responsibilities. This position is REQUIRED to work on-site and is NOT ELIGIBLE for telecommuting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ability to learn various software applications in an appropriate timeframe.
Ability to use various software applications to research constituent data.
Identify and correct data integrity issues by applying quality assurance practices to projects
assigned.
Maintain hardware in UA Training lab, including software updates on lab computers prior to scheduled training sessions.
Demonstrates honesty and integrity with constituent data.
Available to work a minimum of 10 hours and a maximum of 20 hours per pay period.
Other duties as described.

Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
