Looking for a great way to earn money, gain real experience, and build your future career this summer?
We’re hiring Summer Students and Co-op Students who want hands-on experience in a real work environment. Whether you're exploring career options or aiming for a future in landscaping, construction, or skilled trades, this is a great place to start.
No experience needed — we provide full training on hand tools and equipment. All you need is a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
Location: Hamilton, Ontario.
Hourly Rate: $19-$22 per hour. Hours: 40 hours per week. Summer Students and COOP Students may be assigned to one or more of the following departments based on operational needs and skills:
  • Grounds Maintenance
  • Construction
  • Residential
  • Farm/Yard

What you will learn:
  • Safe use of tools and equipment
  • Real on-the-job construction and landscaping skills
  • Teamwork in active job sites
  • Industry safety practices and standards
