What is a student success navigator?

Student Success Navigators are professionals who support students throughout their educational journey by providing guidance, resources, and personalized assistance. They help students set academic and career goals, connect them with campus services, and address any barriers to success such as financial, personal, or academic challenges. Navigators often serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring students have the support they need to persist and graduate. Their goal is to improve student retention and overall success by offering proactive and individualized support.
