The School Support, Enrollment & Scholarship Coordinator serves as a key member of the school leadership team, focused on advancing student recruitment, family engagement, scholarship accessibility, and enrollment sustainability. This position partners closely with school leaders to support strategic growth initiatives, strengthen family relationships, and ensure students and families receive personalized guidance throughout the enrollment and retention journey.

The role provides leadership and oversight of Opportunity Scholarship (OS), ESA+, and other tuition assistance programs while serving as a primary resource for families navigating enrollment, funding, and school engagement processes. In collaboration with school administration, the coordinator develops and implements targeted outreach campaigns, re-registration initiatives, and student retention strategies designed to support enrollment growth and long-term student success.

As a highly visible and family-facing representative of the school, this individual helps cultivate a strong sense of community, serves as a trusted liaison between families and school leadership, and contributes to strategic planning efforts that enhance the overall student and family experience.

This is a full-time position. Ability to work independently, typically 40+ hours per week is required. Ability to maintain a professional home office without distraction during workday, typically 9-5 (or 8-4) or as defined by the school.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in education, admissions, enrollment management, family engagement, customer service, student support, or a related field.

OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and stakeholders through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to analyze data, track progress, and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to conduct presentations, information sessions, and family outreach activities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with school leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and supporting a positive school culture.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive student and family information with professionalism.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends to support family information sessions, enrollment events, and school activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, MS 365; Web proficiency
  • Ability to clear required background check

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working in a K-12 school environment, private school setting, or educational organization.
  • Knowledge of school choice programs, including Opportunity Scholarships, ESA programs, tuition assistance, or other educational funding opportunities.
  • Experience supporting student recruitment, enrollment management, family engagement, retention initiatives, or community outreach efforts.
  • Familiarity with student information systems, CRM platforms, enrollment management systems, or data tracking tools.
  • Experience planning and facilitating family information sessions, workshops, school events, or community engagement activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze enrollment, retention, and scholarship data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Experience collaborating with school leadership teams to support school growth initiatives and student success efforts.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in virtual, blended, or online learning environments preferred.
  • Proven ability to foster positive relationships with families and contribute to a strong school community culture.

Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.

  • We anticipate the salary range to be$54,763.00 - $68,454.00. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
