Position Overview
The Associate Director for Career Success advances Founder's College's commitment to student success by preparing students to confidently pursue meaningful careers and continued educational opportunities. Through intentional career development, experiential learning, employer and community partnerships, and individualized coaching, this position empowers students to discover their strengths, develop professional competencies, and successfully navigate their academic and professional journey.
The Associate Director develops and coordinates a comprehensive career development experience that guides students from enrollment through graduation. Provide individualized and group career development coaching that helps students explore career interests, connect academic experiences to career goals, build professional competencies, and prepare for career success.
Coordinate career readiness initiatives by delivering workshops, employer engagement activities, networking opportunities, mentoring experiences, and other programs that progressively prepare students for the workforce.
