We are a vibrant network within the world-renowned Duke University Health System where our providers work in a collaborative practice, supported by medical assistants and nurses as well as behavioral health, diabetes education, pharmacy, social work, and other specialists to provide comprehensive and personalized patient-centered care. Providers also have access to a unified electronic health record system, an expansive network of specialists for consultation and referral, ancillary services for diagnostic and testing needs, and a robust telehealth platform for virtual visits.
