PRIMARY FUNCTION: Provide leadership and coordination for the After School Program.
SALARY: $30.00 per hour. Part-time position.
REPORTS TO: School Principal
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Supervises the After School Program operations and staff.
  2. Responsible for providing daily refreshments.
  3. Responsible for overseeing student and instructor activities, including checking lesson plans.
  4. Responsible for monthly work schedule and reports.
  5. Responsible for ordering necessary materials and supplies.
  6. Responsible for setting up a yearly budget with Principal.
  7. Responsible for implementing appropriate procedures when dealing with severe weather, personnel conflicts, behavior issues, and emergency procedures.
  8. Responsible for contacting parents regarding ASP issues when required.
  9. Responsible for conducting ASP staff meetings and in-services.
  10. Responsible for submitting appropriate forms to Central Office for new personnel.
  11. Responsible for implementing site ASP safety plan.
  12. Responsible for assisting with corrections to bookkeeping errors if necessary.
  13. Responsible for ensuring proper financial procedures are followed.
  14. Responsible for keeping up with student attendance.
  15. Responsible for updates to forms as needed.
  16. Responsible for administering student medications when needed.
  17. Responsible for issuing late pick up notes, late fee notes, and discipline notes to parents.
  18. Responsible for handling discipline problems as they arise.
  19. Responsible for collecting payroll sheets to turn in to the Bookkeeper.
