As a Patient Care Technician at Franciscan Health, you'll perform delegated patient care activities. You are the caregivers who spend most of the time with our patients. You help build trust, provide comfort, and support recovery through compassionate, person-centered care. Working alongside nurses and healthcare professionals throughout the hospital, you'll gain exposure to a variety of patient populations and care environments.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Preferred High School Diploma/GED
  • Nursing student after having completed 1st semester of clinicals Required
  • Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Required
  • Prior PCT experience in another acute care health care organization Required
  • After completion of Franciscan PCT In-training program Required
  • Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association Franciscan will provide BLS training and recertification as needed.
