My Education Solutions' (MES) mission is to help clients successfully reduce their student loan debt through counseling, enrollment, and administrative services of the Federal Student Loan Forgiveness programs, so our Clients can afford to live the life they dreamed of when they decided to advance their education.

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Student Loan Enrollment Advisor who thrives on finding and engaging new clients, building relationships, and delivering personalized solutions. The ideal candidate has a "hunter" mindset and can educate clients on loan forgiveness opportunities and close deals efficiently. This role offers a competitive base salary and uncapped commission potential, allowing you to maximize your earnings while making a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and connect with individuals struggling with student debt through calls, referrals, networking, and digital outreach.
    • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients eligible for forgiveness programs.
  • Client Education and Advising:
    • Educate clients on various federal loan forgiveness programs, including Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and Income-Driven Repayment (IDR) plans.
    • Assess client eligibility and guide them through the application process.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
    • Ensure clients complete all required paperwork accurately and meet program requirements.
    • Maintain compliance with federal regulations and company policies.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Stay updated on changes to student loan forgiveness programs and federal regulations.
    • Provide feedback to the team on emerging trends and opportunities in the market.
  • CRM Management:
    • Accurately record all activities, leads, and client interactions in Zoho CRM.
    • Monitor progress and provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline status.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of experience in financial consulting, sales, or advising roles.
    • Familiarity with federal student loan forgiveness programs and processes is a strong plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong ability to explain complex financial programs in a simple and compelling way.
    • Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Two Years of Tele-Sales Experience.
  • Personality:
    • A โ€œhunterโ€ mentality with the drive to seek out and engage new clients.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools for lead generation and tracking.
