Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Baldwin, Michigan.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Outpatient Family Medicine role focused on total patient care, chronic disease management, and preventative services
Flexible four- or five-day work week supporting provider balance and lifestyle flexibility
Mission-driven rural healthcare environment serving underserved patient populations
Strong interdisciplinary support team including mid-level providers, RN case manager, behavioral health, and pharmacist
Scenic northern Michigan community surrounded by lakes, forests, hiking, fishing, and year-round outdoor recreation
COMPENSATION
Base Salary starting at $220,000+
Sign-on bonus available
Quarterly retention bonuses
Relocation assistance available
Student loan forgiveness eligibility up to $300,000
SCHEDULE
Flexible four- or five-day work week
Up to 8 hours administrative time weekly
No weekend requirements
Minimal on-call responsibilities
Outpatient-only practice environment
ROLE
Provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine services across the lifespan
Manage chronic disease treatment and preventative healthcare services
Coordinate specialty referrals and continuity of care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical support teams
Supervise mid-level providers as needed
Support mission-driven care for rural and underserved communities
