What is student leadership development?

Student leadership development refers to programs and activities designed to help students build leadership skills, such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and ethical decision-making. The goal is to prepare students to become effective leaders in their schools, communities, and future careers by fostering self-awareness, responsibility, and collaboration.

These competencies are crucial for fostering effective student growth, collaboration, and a positive campus environment.
