Job description

To maintain current student database on student enrollment, transfer of school, dropouts, daily attendance and absences, and is responsible for all student records for official reporting requirements.

Requirements

  1. Associate degree or equivalent and comparable experience required.
  2. Three (3) years progressively responsible experience that involved the application of sound judgement, discretion, and principles and practices of administrative function in school setting or similar organization, preferably in a school setting.
  3. Knowledge of the ADM reporting and school finance terminology as it relates to reconciling student data and integrity errors.
  4. Must have some knowledge of standard business machines and equipment including Mac and PC's, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.) and Google platform.
  5. Skill in working in an environment subject to frequent interruptions, quickly changing priorities, and occasionally limited directions.
  6. Skill in communicating courteously and professionally both, orally and in writing, while working with students, staff, parents, and the general public.
  7. Must have proven successful employment record.
