Full-Time | 100% Onsite


We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team in Fort Worth, TX. This is a 100% onsite position responsible for the administration, configuration, reporting, and optimization of our Dayforce HRIS platform. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on Dayforce configuration experience along with strong Excel, Power BI, and HR analytics expertise.


In this role, you'll partner closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and business leaders to ensure our systems support evolving business needs while delivering meaningful workforce insights through reporting, analytics, and dashboard development.


What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary Dayforce subject matter expert across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Attendance modules

  • Configure, maintain, and enhance system workflows, business rules, forms, and reporting capabilities

  • Develop and deploy Dayforce XML customizations, including custom forms and workflows

  • Build and support integrations between Dayforce and third‑party systems

  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using Dayforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable system solutions

  • Conduct HRIS audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance

  • Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features

  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced HRIS issues and system-related concerns

  • Support annual HR programs, including compensation planning, performance management, and benefits enrollment

  • Train end users and HR team members on reporting tools and system functionality

  • Maintain documentation, procedures, and system specifications


What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of hands‑on Dayforce administration and configuration experience

  • Experience creating XML‑based Dayforce customizations, including forms, workflows, and business rules

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:


    • Pivot Tables

    • Power Query

    • XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP

    • INDEX/MATCH

    • Complex formulas and data analysis


  • Experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI

  • Strong understanding of HR data, including employee lifecycle, compensation, benefits, organizational structure, and timekeeping

  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Dayforce Certification

  • Experience with SQL or other query languages

  • Experience supporting payroll, benefits, or compensation programs

  • Knowledge of HR compliance requirements such as FLSA, EEO, and ACA

  • Experience with system integrations, APIs, SFTP, or middleware solutions
