Essential Responsibilities

  • Assist with research activities, data collection, and organization of project materials under faculty or staff supervision.
  • Help prepare instructional materials, reports, presentations, and departmental documentation.
  • Support tutoring, peer mentoring, student success initiatives, or academic support services, when applicable.
  • Assist with academic events, workshops, meetings, and student engagement activities.
  • Organize records, maintain information, and provide general support to academic departments.
  • Provide professional and courteous assistance to students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
  • Perform other duties that support the mission and operations of the assigned department.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must:

  • Be enrolled as an undergraduate student at Madonna University.
  • Maintain satisfactory academic progress.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Be dependable, professional, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
