Position summary
This candidate will provide a variety of student services that will include supporting students needs, enrollment, communications, academic support, Griggs Life event planning and student retention.
Qualifications summary
The candidate should have a related degree and experience in an educational environment/marketing/recruiting. An undergraduate/master's degree is preferred.
Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing. Duties and responsibilities
  • Supervise Student Enrollment
  • Manage the main Griggs phone number calls
  • Collaborate in promotional efforts
  • Coordinate family/student visits
  • Develop a communication plan
  • Participate in automated student information
  • Supervise the student help desk
  • Assist students with academic strategies
  • Supply resources to students and teachers for IEPs
  • Coordinate Mentorship Program
  • Liason for students and teachers
  • Coordinate Chapels/assemblies
  • Publish a monthly newsletter
  • Preparation for Handbook/Catalog Edits
  • Website Editor
  • Announcements for Griggs Life (LMS)
  • Annual Surveys (Class Climate)
Assist with projects as assigned by the administration

  • Enjoys collaborating with a team
